Dr. Filippo Sciuto Diet (Catania-Italy)

Hi,all!!!
        Welcome again to my word. My life purpose is always bring the health of my body, my emotions and my relationships back in to balance. At that time, folkes, and I am talking about 7 years ago, the only wish I had was looking to improve my personal health and bring wellness into my life.
          I had no idea what to eat to nourish my body. Whatever I ate, my weight was getting bigger. I was a beautiful woman 1,70 cm and 266 pounds. I was horribly embarrassed and horrified by my body. I avoided looking naked in the mirror. I only did it after the first 10 pounds melted. I tried the low fat diet/no fat diet, sugar free and carb free diet. Most of the food I was eating was feeding the inflamation in my body, especially my addiction to diary. I had terrible back pain in the lumbar area. I had an accute sciatica. I was always stressed. I monthly felt low and sad to depression the few days before my period. I was happy only when I was eating chocolate and ice-cream.

          I became obssessed with finding my healthiest self, I read tons of nutrition and self-care books, I started to really take care of myself nourishing my body with healthy food, added the best movement for my body and trying every moment to improve my love for my body and myself. I belive it is the small change we make every day that really create the big difference. I tried different diet but every diet is healthy for some people.I adopted a metabolic flexibility diet-the diet that was appropiate for me. I read about what are the factors that contributed to the chronic inflamatory and oxidative stress and to develop some desease in my body and how to go to get reversing those.

 LET'S ESTABLISH A MAGIC FORMULA: CHANGE=HAPPINESS=HEALTH

         I hope this encourages someone today because I know what that means to struggle with cravings. About 7 years ago I was embarked on a "special diet" who helped me a lot . It actually all starts with your mindset. You have to get your mindset right before you can be successful. Write your goals and say them out loud every day. A ,,trick" I have learned is to say them in the future tense. So, if your goal is to lose say 30 pounds, every morning when you wake up and before you go to sleep, spend a few minutes saying out loud. Our subconscious minds most readily accept new information first thing in the morning at before bed, so this hack will help retrain your brain. Make a firm decision that you are going to lose weight. Having this diet accompanied by a good exercise routine, I managed to lose 20 pounds in only a 6 month period. I will share with you Dr.Filippo Sciuto diet from Catania-Italy:
  9 a.m. coffee and outmeal
11 a.m.  a fruit (no figs,grapes or bananas)
 1 p.m. 40 g.wheat pasta,chicken or fish, green salad or tomatoes salad
 5 p.m. a fruit
 8 p.m. 1 portion cooked or raw vegetables,fish,salad, 40 g. bread
         Soon I changed the chicken into vegetables and I ate almost every day califlower and especially califlower soupe as first, and pasta as second (following the diet). I used the califlower leaves by squeezing in the juicer. I drank twice a day califlower, carot and red beet juice.

I got involved daily in sports activities: 3 times/week fitness, 1 time/week cardio exercises, 1 time/week swimming, every morning runing 6 km by the sea. For me the outcomes were amazing!!!!
